Yeah it's based on number of tails I think. And also as Naruto has the kyuubi, aka the nine tails, so assume kyuubi's intensity is way more than that of other tailed beasts (like one tails of Gaara's)

this is def the episode that makes me the most angry, not only is it filler but we never see what happens with hotaru atfer MOTHERFUCKING PAIN captures and seals utakata, i dont even remember if she ever appears again or smth, like the poor girl was left waiting there for him without any info and will prolly assume the worst, that the mist village took him or killed him its so annoying

it was a sad ending for hotaru they didn't show much but hotaru has feelings for utakata i wished that they will live together but he's a jinchuriki so he'll not live it's a sad ending where u r waiting for a person but that person never returns!!
